Meet Our Founder
Dorothy Cooper
APRN, CRNA
Dorothy Cooper is the founder of Generational Beauty Medspa, also known as Gen B Medspa. She is an Advanced Practice Registered Nurse (APRN), a Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist (CRNA), and an advanced-certified aesthetic nurse injector with a lifelong passion for both medicine and the visual arts.
Dorothy’s journey into aesthetics is rooted in two distinct passions: her deep love for art and her extensive background in medicine.
Growing up in rural Arkansas, Dorothy first imagined a life as an artist. Though her path shifted toward nursing, she never lost her creative vision. She went on to have a rich and diverse medical career that included roles as an operating room supervisor, emergency and obstetrics nurse, nursing instructor, and seasoned anesthetist.
These experiences built a foundation of precision, safety, and an intimate understanding of anatomy—all of which now inform her expertise in aesthetic medicine.
Dorothy’s approach to aesthetics is one of subtlety, intention, and care. She believes that beauty should be refined, not redefined, and her treatments reflect this philosophy. Every client receives a personalized plan designed to enhance their features naturally while maintaining facial harmony. Dorothy is deeply committed to continued education and is always seeking the latest techniques and technology to bring the best possible care to her patients.
Outside of the treatment room, Dorothy enjoys spending time with her husband and traveling back to Arkansas to visit her large and close-knit family. Her genuine warmth and clinical expertise set the tone for the welcoming, high-standard culture that defines Gen B Medspa.
Meet The Team
Dr. Arindam Banerjee
MEDICAL DIRECTOR
Arindam Banerjee, MD, is a board-certified interventional cardiologist at Healing Hearts Clinic in Conroe, The Woodlands, and Huntsville, Texas. Dr. Banerjee uses his extensive training to offer his patients compassionate and comprehensive care.
Dr. Banerjee earned his bachelor’s degree at Texas A&M University, then completed his medical degree and internal medicine residency at Texas A&M College of Medicine/Scott & White Memorial Hospital in Temple, Texas. He completed his Cardiovascular Diseases and Interventional Cardiology fellowships at the Ochsner Clinic in New Orleans, LA. He then completed an additional year of training at Ochsner in advanced, complex coronary interventions, peripheral vascular interventions, and structural heart procedures, including TAVR. He is considered a leader in the field of peripheral arterial interventions and routinely proctors doctors around the country on leading-edge technologies in the field.
Dr. Banerjee is a board member of College Park Heart and Vascular Lab. He also served as the Vice Chairman of Cardiology at Memorial Hermann The Woodlands. He is certified by the American Board of Internal Medicine in the subspecialties of Cardiovascular Diseases and Interventional Cardiology. Dr.Banerjee’s extensive background in internal medicine and cardiology/vasculature makes him the ideal aesthetic medical director.
Angie Reents
NURSE PRACTITIONER
Angie is a nationally board-certified Family Nurse Practitioner with a strong background in nursing and aesthetics. Angie holds a Bachelor of Science in Nursing from Southern Illinois University and a Master’s in Family Nurse Practitioner from the University of Texas Arlington.
Before joining us, Angie spent 12 years in the operating room and has three years of injecting experience. She is passionate about helping patients feel confident and beautiful!
Fun fact: Angie served in the U.S. Army Reserves for eight years, including a tour in Iraq. She enjoys spending time with her husband, Patrick, and their three boys, Lincoln, Liam, and Leo.
Brooke Orsburn
LICENSED ESTHETICIAN
Brooke is a licensed esthetician and lash artist who is passionate about helping people feel confident in their own skin. She believes self care is more than a luxury; it is a form of self love. Her goal is to help each client uncover their natural glow through personalized skincare treatments and perfectly tailored lash enhancements.
She specializes in results driven facials that address real skin concerns while promoting long term skin health, along with custom lash extensions that enhance natural beauty. For clients who prefer a more low maintenance routine, Brooke also offers lash lifts and tints that add effortless curl and depth to naturally beautiful lashes.
Whether clients visit to relax, refresh, or redefine their look, Brooke creates an experience that leaves them feeling radiant, confident, and cared for.

With over 17 years of experience in therapeutic massage and holistic healing, Claudia Requena offers a deeply personalized approach to bodywork that nurtures the physical body while supporting emotional and energetic balance. She draws from a diverse toolkit of certifications—including Thai Massage, Neuromuscular Therapy, Reflexology, Facial Massage, and Sound Healing—to create a unique experience for every client.
Claudia’s passion for whole-body wellness has taken her around the world, from prestigious spas like The Standard in Miami to holistic trainings in Thailand and Bali. Her approach blends massage, Ayurvedic coaching, vibrational therapy, and even creative expression through mandala art workshops.

Katie Devall

Katie Devall serves as the creative force behind the Gen B Medspa brand, leading all social media, digital marketing, and content creation efforts. With a strong background in design, branding, and aesthetics, Katie ensures that the voice, visuals, and message of Gen B remain consistent, elevated, and engaging across every platform.
Her work connects the community to the heart of the practice by highlighting the people, services, and results that make Gen B unique. Through thoughtful storytelling and strategic outreach, Katie helps build lasting relationships with both current and future clients while keeping Gen B at the forefront of the medical aesthetics industry.
Lisa Lipar
PATIENT COORDINATOR
Lisa Lipar is the welcoming voice and friendly face that greets every client at Gen B Medspa. As our patient coordinator, she ensures that each visit runs smoothly from the moment an appointment is scheduled to the time treatment is complete. Lisa is passionate about creating a calm, organized, and supportive environment where every patient feels valued and cared for.
